Welcome to Wow Style
I've been looking for a new business venture for a little while now - and since I love fashion, shopping and styling - becoming a Stylist for Stella & Dot is one of the best career decisions I've ever made. It was a little scary at first - having spent the last 15 years in PR and Journalism. But I now own and run my own jewellery business and I absolutely love it so far! The women are inspirational, I jump out of bed every morning raring to go, and I can work the hours I want and earn as much as I want.
I'll be sharing all my style tips and the latest fashion news on this blog, and you can browse the new Autumn/Winter Collection from Stella & Dot on my website www.stelladot.co.uk/moakes . Here you can also discover how to Start your own Stella & Dot business and also how to host a 'Trunk Show' and earn £100s worth of free jewellery and accessories.
In the meantime, a Stella & Dot colleague of mine found this inspiring look the other day (left) and since 'rose gold' pieces are going to be huge this autumn/winter, I thought I'd share some Stella & Dot pieces with you.
Pyramid Studs, £25 - www.stelladot.co.uk/moakes
Geometric rose gold plated brass pyramids (left) studded with Czech stones strikes a perfect balance of chic and edgy. Surgical steel posts. Lead & nickel safe.
These are my 'everyday earrings' because they make a subtle statement, and I love the fact that the pyramid style is totally different.
Tribute Bracelet, £29
This sparkly friendship bracelet (right) has got to be one of the prettiest I've ever seen. The perfect gift for any special friend or a treat for yours truly! I love it layered up on my arm with other rose gold and silver bangles.
As seen in ELLE Magazine!
Next on my fashion forward list is this elegant custom-cast rose-gold-plated brass cuff - it's inspired by vintage lace from the wedding dress of Blythe's grandmother (Dot - one half of Stella & Dot). It adjusts to fit most wrists. The Geneve lace cuff (pictured below) is a steal at £65.
My final fix is this Ginger necklace (below, left) featuring cascades of rose gold and copper plated brass and steel chains. Brass cupchain and Czech glass drape gracefully from a bar and chain for instant, effortless layering. The Layering Necklace (£75) is named after Stylist Ginger Pingree. Her inspiring story is a tribute to the incredible business opportunity Stella & Dot provides for female entrepreneurs.
Oh yes! One thing well worth mentioning is that all this stuff can be ordered and delivered in three working days - all gift boxed and packaged beautifully!
